• The rent includes WiFi / Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, towels (not beach towels), bed linen, AC in all rooms, electricity and water, Final cleaning is additional.
• A booking fee of 25% of the rent is paid in advance and approximately 10-12 weeks before arrival, final payment of the remaining amount must be paid.
• No animals and no smoking
